Voreal helps businesses manage Instagram comments and direct messages using business-provided information, tone, FAQs, rules, approved answers, and call-to-action guidance.

Voreal may help draft, suggest, route, organize, or prepare responses to Instagram comments and direct messages. Depending on your settings and available features, some responses may require review or approval before being used.

Voreal is not a replacement for your judgment, customer service responsibilities, legal obligations, or business policies.

You may use Voreal only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and you are using the service for a business or professional purpose.

You are responsible for making sure you have authority to connect any Instagram, Meta, website, or business account to Voreal.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, limitations, permission removals, review delays, or API restrictions imposed by Meta or Instagram.

You may provide Voreal with business information, website content, FAQs, policies, prices, services, tone preferences, response rules, approved answers, and other content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your business information is accurate, lawful, current, and complete.

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant Voreal a limited license to host, process, use, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

Voreal may use artificial intelligence to generate or suggest responses based on available business information and conversation context.

You understand that AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, or rejecting AI-generated responses where appropriate.

Voreal should not be used to generate or send responses involving legal, medical, financial, emergency, safety-critical, or highly sensitive advice unless reviewed by a qualified person.

We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, changes, or limitations. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

Some Voreal features may require payment.

If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing frequency, included usage, limits, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in your account.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing. We may change pricing or plan features with notice where required.

Voreal may offer free trials, pilots, early access, or beta features.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, limited, or changed at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voreal's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Voreal in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100 if you have not paid Voreal.
