Data Deletion Instructions for Voreal
Voreal allows users to request deletion of their account data and any data received through Meta or Instagram APIs.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your Voreal data, email us at support@voreal.app. Use the subject line "Voreal Data Deletion Request".
Please include the following information so we can verify and process the request.
- Your full name.
- Your business name.
- The email address used with Voreal.
- The Instagram account connected to Voreal.
- A short statement requesting deletion of your data.
- Example: I request deletion of my Voreal account data and any Instagram or Meta data associated with my account.
2. What We Delete
After receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize information associated with your Voreal account, including where applicable:
- Account profile information.
- Connected Instagram account information.
- Instagram comments and direct messages stored by Voreal.
- Business information provided during setup.
- Approved answers.
- Saved response guidance.
- Access tokens and connection data.
- Related service records no longer needed to provide the service.
3. What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when required for the following reasons:
- Legal compliance.
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Billing records.
- Dispute resolution.
- Enforcement of agreements.
- Backup integrity for a limited period.
4. Disconnecting Voreal from Meta
You can also remove Voreal from your Meta account through your Facebook or Instagram settings by going to your connected apps and websites section and removing Voreal.
This may stop future data access, but to delete data already stored by Voreal, please send a deletion request to support@voreal.app.
5. Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and notify you when the request has been completed.
