Voreal helps businesses manage and respond to Instagram comments and direct messages using business-approved information, tone, FAQs, rules, and response guidance. When you use Voreal, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, business name, login information, and account settings.

If you connect an Instagram professional account or related Meta account, we may collect information made available through Meta APIs, including Instagram account ID, Instagram username, Instagram profile information, connected business account information, permissions granted through Meta Login, and access tokens needed to provide the service.

With your permission, Voreal may access Instagram comments, direct messages, conversation metadata, sender information, timestamps, and message content so the service can help draft, suggest, route, or manage replies.

You may also provide business details such as FAQs, services, pricing guidance, policies, website content, tone preferences, approved answers, rules, and call-to-action instructions. We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, log data, feature usage, error logs, and performance information.

Voreal may use artificial intelligence providers to process business context, comments, direct messages, and related information in order to generate or suggest replies.

AI-generated outputs may be based on the business information and conversation context available at the time. Voreal is designed to avoid inventing missing business facts and may escalate questions to the business when context is missing.

We may share information only as needed to operate Voreal, including with infrastructure and hosting providers, authentication providers, AI processing providers, analytics and error monitoring providers, Meta where required to use Meta APIs, and legal or regulatory authorities if required by law.

If you connect Voreal to Instagram or Meta, we only access Meta Platform data according to the permissions you grant and the functionality needed to provide the service.

We use Meta Platform data to help businesses view, process, draft, manage, and respond to Instagram comments and direct messages. We do not use Meta Platform data for unrelated advertising purposes.

We do not transfer Meta Platform data except as necessary to provide Voreal, comply with law, protect security, or as otherwise permitted by Meta's Platform Terms.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide Voreal, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and improve the service.

Instagram comments, messages, business information, approved answers, and related records may be retained while your Voreal account is active unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the instructions below.

You may request deletion of your Voreal account data and Meta-related data by contacting us at support@voreal.app.

Please include your name, business name, the email address used with Voreal, the Instagram account connected to Voreal, and a statement that you want your data deleted.

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons. You may also disconnect Voreal from your Meta account through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we work to protect the information used by Voreal.

Voreal is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the service or by email.
